Profile
Prior to joining SCP in 2006, Mr. Patel was an Acquisitions Analyst in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at Lehman Brothers in New York where he analyzed real estate equity and mezzanine debt investment opportunities.
He was involved in the investment of over $700 million of equity and mezzanine debt investments in office, single and multifamily housing, hotel and other investments throughout the United Sates.
Mr. Patel holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business with concentrations in Finance and International Studies and a minor in Spanish from Indiana University where he graduated with distinction from the Kelley School of Business.
While at I.U., Sanjay was a Founder of the Kelley Futures Club, President of the Undergraduate Finance Club and Treasurer of Kelley Student Alumni Partners.
