Rick H. Hurd

Mr. Rick H.
Hurd, Jr. MBA, is Chief Investment Officer at Waterton Associates LLC.
He joined the firm in August 2013.
Mr. Hurd has almost 30 years of real estate investing experience with a strong focus on multi-family.
Previously, since 2005, he was the Co-Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of Strategic Capital Partners a privately held real estate investment management company.
Prior to that, he spent almost 20 years at GE Capital Real Estate where he was most recently a managing director responsible for managing GE's institutional real estate equity program.
Mr. Hurd received his Bachelor's Degree at Ohio Wesleyan University and his MBA at Drexel University.
