He started his banking career at American Fletcher National Bank (now BancOne) stationed in Indianapolis, Indiana as well as in Luxembourg, where he established and managed AFNB’s first foreign branch, and in Geneva, Switzerland.
A native of the The Netherlands and an American citizen, he received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana and an Executive MBA Certificate from the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management, London, England.
