Mr. Cho joined iD TechVentures (formerly Acer Technology Ventures) in 2002 as Vice President based in Taiwan focusing on the displays sector, assisting Everest Display, Wanxin Image, and E-PIN Optical.
He was promoted as Partner in 2005 owing to good performance and successful exits.
Before joining iD TechVentuers, Mr. Cho was senior manager of product planning at Taiwan Cellular Corp.
He developed over 20 models of advanced handsets to meet the new application services.
Mr. Cho has several years experience in sales, marketing, and product management at Image & Mobile Division of BenQ.
In 1997, he was based in the U.S.
office of Acer Peripherals Inc. and was involved in the product planning and business management for the U.S.
market.
Mr. Cho holds a BA degree from Catholic Fu-Jen University and a MBA degree from New York Institute of Technology.
