Peter Gray, Chairman Independent Chairman and Director of a number of investment trust companies.
Trained as a chartered accountant, followed by a career in fund management.
Formerly head of investment operations of the Crown Agents for Oversea Governments and Administrations, managing director of Touche Remnant & Co and a deputy chairman of the Association of Investment Trust Companies.
He is also chairman of The Enhanced Zero Trust PLC, and a director of Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC.
Aged 67.
Peter Gray has served as Chairman of the Board since launch of the Company in August 2000.
