Capricorn Partners NV (Capricorn) is an independent European licensed manager of private and public equity investment funds which was founded in 1993 as a joint venture between Dr Jos B. Peeters and Baring Venture Partners Ltd. In 1999, Capricorn became a fully partner-owned, independent firm. It is headquartered in Leuven, Belgium.

Goldman Sachs Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd. (GSIM Singapore) is the Singapore-based asset management subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Advisors BV, ultimately held by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS), a multinational investment bank and financial services company headquartered in the US. The firm was founded in 1996 and formerly known as NN Investment Partners (Singapore) Ltd. GSIM Singapore provides investment management solutions to a diverse set of institutional and individual clients. They also manage Luxembourg-domiciled funds.

NN Investment Partners (Japan) Co. Ltd. (NN IP-JP) is the Japanese subsidiary of NN Investment Partners Holdings NV, ultimately held by ING Groep N.V. (NYSE: ING) in The Netherlands. NN IP-JP was established in 1999 and services Japanese institutions (governmental and corporate pension funds, insurance companies and foundations) as well as private individuals. Based in Tokyo, the firm co-advises sub-funds of umbrella funds domiciled in Europe and manages Japan-domiciled funds, focusing on the Japanese market. They also distribute the diverse range of funds managed within the parent group.
