Capatria SASU (Capatria) is the private equity subsidiary of Naxicap Parteners SA, ultimately owned by BPCE SA in France. Formerly known as AtriA Capital Partenaires SASU, the firm originated in 1978 within CFI-Compagnie de Finance pour l'Industrie and became AtriA Capital Partenaires in 1999 after CIC was acquired by Crédit Mutuel and restructured. In 2011 NAXICAP Partners and AtriA Capital Partenaires merged and was renamed Capatria. Based in Paris, the firm manages FCPR closed private equity funds for a range of clients including leading financial institutions in the banking and insurance sector, funds of funds and members of AtriA's Entrepreneurs' Club, composed of managers involved in past transactions.
