Prior to joining Venquest Capital Partners in 2008, Mr. Pauleit was with Bluffview Capital, a Dallas-based boutique investment banking firm, he assisted in M&A and private placements of debt and equity.
Prior to his work with Bluffview, Nick was an Analyst at Highland Capital Management, where he provided extensive valuation, pricing, operations and investment management support.
Before joining Highland, he was part of the audit group of Deloitte.
Mr. Pauleit received undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, as well as a Masters Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas.
