Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. McGrath served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at RA Capital and MPM Capital, two healthcare and biotech investment advisers, where he was responsible for managing the legal, regulatory, and compliance functions at each firm.
