LGT Wealth Management UK LLP (LGT WM UK) is the wealth management subsidiary of LGT UK Holdings Ltd., which is owned by LGT Group Foundation (LGT) in Liechtenstein. Previously known as Vestra Wealth LLP and as LGT Vestra LLP, the firm was founded in 2007 by Matthew Evans, Andrew Sims, David Scott and Ben Snee. In June 2016, LGT owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein took a majority stake in the firm, primarily from external investors in the firm. In October 2020, LGT completed the acquisition by buying the remaining equity previously held by the executive partners of LGT WM UK. Headquartered in London, LGT WM UK provides wealth management services to private clients, companies, trusts, charities and financial intermediaries based predominately in the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA).

Ansbacher & Co. Ltd. (A&Co) is the asset management arm and a subsidiary of Ansbacher Banking Group, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of QNB-Qatar National Bank (QA: QNBK) since 2004. QNB is controlled by the Government of Qatar. The group was founded in 1894 as a brokerage firm. Their current activities include investment advisory, multi-currency private banking services, super yatch finance, fiduciary structuring and margin lending. Based in London, the group has offices in Zurich, Dubai, the Channel Islands, the Bahamas and Doha in Qatar. A&Co specializes in global wealth management, both onshore and offshore, and provides tailored financial solutions to an international clientele of high-net worth private individuals, trustees, institutions and corporations. The firm provides investment advisory services and manages trusts and discretionary accounts, delegating specialist portfolios to third-party asset management firms and using an open architecture approach.
