Metzler Asset Management GmbH (MAM) is the asset management subsidiary of B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. AG, a German family business originally established in 1674. Headquartered in Frankfurt, MAM was founded in 1995 and offers investment advisory services and portfolio management for private and institutional clients including segregated accounts, mutual funds and pension funds.

Union Investment Institutional GmbH (Union Investment) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Union Asset Management Holding AG in Germany.
