Prior to his joining EBLIL, he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of EBL Securities Limited another fully owned subsidiary of EBL) from April 2010 to February 2013.
Mr. Asif started his career with Eastern Bank Limited as 1st batch of Management Trainee Officer in 1994.
Mr. Asif is a senior banking professional with over 20 years of multi-functional experience.
Mr. Asif contributed in many areas of EBL encompassing Trade Services, Consumer Banking, Credit, International Banking, Treasury and Investment Banking.
Mr. Asif has a post graduate degree in MBA major in Finance from the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Dhaka.
