Roher is Founder at Bluearc Capital Partners LLC (Roher Capital Group, LLC was acquired by BlueArc Capital Management, LLC).
He is also a Managing Director of the firm.
He has over 29 years of private equity investing and investment banking experience.
Prior to founding Roher Capital Group in 1998, Mr. Roher was the President and founder of Center Street Capital Partners.
Prior to that, he served as Director of Fixed Income Corporate Finance for Stephens Inc. Before joining Stephens Inc. in 1989, he served as Vice President in the Corporate Finance division of Citicorp Investment Bank in New York City where he was responsible for new corporate finance business.
He worked at Salomon Brothers Inc. in New York City prior to that, as an Associate in the Corporate Finance Department responsible for new corporate finance business as well as financial analysis and rating agency advisory services.
He recently served as Chairman, President & CEO of Ambient Air Corporation.
He is a member of Vistage International, a founding member of the Louisiana Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Commercial Finance Association.
Mr. Roher is a graduate of New York University (BS in Finance) and the NYU Stern School of Business (MBA).
