Mr. Michael S.
Finer, CPA, is a Chief Executive Officer at Finer Wealth Management, Inc. Mr. Finer’s professional experience includes investment advising, accounting, tax, financial planning, investment planning, retirement planning, educational planning, insurance analysis and investment allocation analysis with Arthur Andersen & Co., Ernst & Young, CPAs, and Finer Financial & Tax, Inc. He has advised domestic and international entities on tax planning matters integrating advice with wealth planning strategies.
Mr. Finer also served as the Chief Financial Officer in a Family Office with domestic and international operations.
He has served on several for-profit and not-for-profit Boards.
He was the Treasurer of the Feinstein Foundation of Rhode Island where he assisted the President of the Feinstein Foundation in the design and execution of the Foundation’s multi-million dollar investment strategies.
He previously served as the Assistant Treasurer of My Brother’s Table, a food pantry in Lynn, Massachusetts and current serves on the finance committee.
He also served on the Board of Directors of Congregation Shirat Hayam in Swampscott, Massachusetts where he worked on the statutory merger of Temples Beth El and Israel to form Congregation Shirat Hayam.
He graduated from Babson College in 1987 with a B.S.
Degree in Accounting and Economics.
Mr. Finer has received a Masters Degree in Taxation from Bentley University.
