Michael is a Managing Director – Investor Relations and leads Quantum’s investor relations and fundraising functions.
He also serves on Quantum’s Operating Committee.
Prior to moving into an IR role at Quantum, Michael served as a Senior Vice President on Quantum’s investment team.
Prior to joining Quantum, he was in the energy investment banking group of Jefferies & Co. where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt and equity offerings and asset sales for oil and gas and oil service companies.
Previously, Michael was a financial analyst with Meridian Resources where he concentrated on strategic corporate planning and project evaluation.
He holds a B.S.
in Government from the University of Texas at Austin.
