Cusack, 41 is our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
He has over ten years of legal experience in the telecommunications industry including approximately five years with the Sprint PCS Affiliate program.

Prior to joining IWO, Mr. Cusack was employed by the law firm of Cooper, Erving, Savage, Nolan & Heller, LLP for seven years where he was managing partner of the firm's municipal and telecommunications practice groups.
