Burton is Senior Vice President at Renewal Partners.
Ms. Burton joined Renewal in 2008.
She serves as Senior Advisor for Tides Canada Foundation.
As faculty for Play BIG, a series of invitational workshops for those with significant resources, she plays a key role as an advisor.
She is a regular consultant at the annual Social Venture Institute held at Hollyhock on Cortes Island.
Ms. Burton currently serves on the Executive Board as Treasurer for Vision Vancouver Electors Association, sharing Vision commitment to lead Vancouver toward a new future with solutions to end homelessness, while building a green economy.
Ms. Burton is a founding member of Nashville Women in Commercial Real Estate and Social Venture Network, a member of Association of Women in Finance and Women Executive Network, as well as the Non-profit Centers Network.
