Lorraine Heywood is a Principal for CAZ Investments.
She is responsible for helping to scale the Team by managing all recruitment systems to ensure consistency with company culture, values, and outcomes.
Lorraine has over two decades of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, and Succession Planning.
She has been an advisor to Boards of Directors, C-Suites, and Senior Leadership on their search for talent, their desire to improve training programs and the overall Team experience.
Lorraine graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S.
in Marketing.
She serves on the board of Step Up Houston, a nonprofit organization focused on helping those who need a Step Up.
Lorraine is a native Texan, living in Houston since the age of two, and she spends most of her time outside of work with her three children, Andrew, Alexandra and Max, and with her granddaughter Avery.
