Mr. Eason joined Kelly Capital in 2011 and manages the firm's institutional investor relationships.
Prior to joining Kelly Capital, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer within Md7, LLC (*Md7*), a telecommunicaitons services company located in San Diego, CA.
Lloyd is also a former Managing Director within the Private Finance division of the Credit Suisse Group.
As an investment banker and trusted advisor, he completed approximately $15 billion in capital raises on behalf of a diverse group of global clients.
His product expertise includes fixed income, structured transactions, real estate and structured mezzanine and equity placements.
Prior to Credit Suisse, he was a member of the mergers and acquistitions and corporate restructuring divisions of Lazard Freres & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co.
Mr. Eason attained his Master's degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Hampton University.
