HFMC provides discretionary investment advisory services to Hartford Funds, which are SEC-registered open-end investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange traded funds and closed-end interval funds and certain Cayman Islands private funds for which HFMC or an affiliate serves as general partner.

Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd. (MGI-UK) is an investment management firm headquartered in London, UK. The firm was founded in 1994 as Minkgrove Ltd. and they became Old Mutual Global Investors (UK) Ltd. in 2012 after the merger of Skandia Investment Group and Old Mutual Asset Managers (UK) Ltd. They renamed into Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd. in 2018. The firm is a direct subsidiary of Jupiter Fund Management Plc (LON: JUP), which acquired the firm in 2020. MGI-UK provides asset management services to sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, endowments, family offices and other financial institutions.
