Prior to joining Prodea, Mr. Ratley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of an early stage venture-backed telecommunications services and product development company, Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer of a venture-backed software integration company, and Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of a publicly traded international telecommunications distributor.
In addition, he spent over eight years with KPMG LLP, most recently as a senior manager, and has extensive public accounting experience in the services, distribution, manufacturing, retail and telecommunication industries.
Mr. Ratley is a CPA and holds a degree in Accounting from Centenary College of Louisiana.
