Prior to joining Reef in January 2006, Mr. Price served as Chief Financial Officer for an international oil and gas company from 2007 to 2009.
In 2004, he joined Lancer Corporation as the Chief Accounting Officer.
He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for Nunn Manufacturing, TIC United and PCLC Asset Management.
Prior to that, he worked for E&Y and KPMG.
Mr. Price received his BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
