Mr. Estela joined American Capital in May of 2004 as an Analyst in Treasury and became an Associate in CDO/CLO in January 2006.
He was promoted to Vice President in CDO/CLO in January 2007.
Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Estela was a Trader and Risk Analyst at Citibank.
More recently he was a Consultant with the Organization of American States in DC, where he evaluated and made recommendations on the budget assignments of the Inter American Agency for Cooperation and Development fund.
Mr. Estela earned a Master in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from George Washington University.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali Colombia.
