Profile

Mr. Jaroker leads the identification, analysis and commercialization of new services and technologies for CVC's operating companies.
Prior to joining CVC, Mr. Jaroker was VP of Product and Business Development for a Samsung Electronics spin-off company, where he led the design of “triple play” set-top devices and deployed memina.com.
Mr. Jaroker is the founder of BullDog TeleWorks and led the design and deployment of billing and client management applications that were integrated with and delivered through a VoIP, hosted PBX.
As VP of Business Development for Webley Systems, Mr. Jaroker was responsible for all partnership discussions to commercialize the company's SIP-based unified communications platform.
He led the product management and deployment of Net2Phone's unified messaging service and the company's investment in Webley Systems.
At Lucent Technologies' New Ventures Group, Mr. Jaroker was responsible for identifying and commercializing raw Bell Labs technology and led the early commercialization and spin-out of two ventures.
Prior to Lucent, Mr. Jaroker founded and operated S.
C.
Research Corporation, a provider of satellite telecommunications voice and data services to businesses in West Africa and the former-USSR.
Mr. Jaroker has an MBA in Finance and Information Technology from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BSE in Electrical Engineering with a certificate in Engineering Physics from Princeton University .
