Mr. LaPann is a member of the Board of Trustees of Fort Ticonderoga and is President of the Friends of the Old Ship Meetinghouse.
He is currently Chairman of their advisory board.
He is also a member of the Chairman’s Council of the Institute for the Fiduciary Standard, which advises the Institute on development and adoption of Fiduciary Best Practices for financial advisors.
His experience includes Senior Vice President of Gannett, Welsh & Kotler and Vice President of Pell, Rudman & Company.
Mr. LaPann received a BA from Williams College and a Masters degree from the State University of New York in Albany.
