Prior to joining New Capital Partners, Mr. Halsey was co-founder and Executive Vice President of AXON Data, a health informatics corporation, where he focused on strategic partnership development and operations.
Mr. Halsey served as Vice President of Business Development for Genesis Expert Systems, a pharmaceutical CRM and supply chain management firm where he was responsible for new market development and M&A activities.
