Wasatch Advisors, Inc. (Wasatch) is an independent registered investment advisor headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The firm was founded by Samuel Stewart and David Wagstaff in 1975. Wasatch provides discretionary investment advice for a variety of clients, which includes mutual funds, collective trusts, separately managed accounts and sub-advised products.

MLAM manages the Merrill Lynch family of mutual funds, as and acts as sub-advisor to other mutual funds.

Capital Research & Management Co. (CR&M) is a registered investment advisor headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The firm was founded in 1931 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Capital Group Cos., Inc. CR&M provides investment management services to registered investment companies and other pooled investment vehicles. They also serve as the investment adviser to Capital Bank and Trust Company in their capacity as the trustee of certain collective investment trusts that are exempt from SEC registration.

Van Asset Management is a registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in Houston, Texas. The firm traces its origins to 1927 when Kenneth Stevens Van Strum founded Van Strum Financial Service. In 1934, the firm was renamed Van Strum & Towne, Inc. In 1994, Van Kampen Merritt and American Capital merged, creating Van Kampen American Capital. In June 1996, Van Kampen American Capital was acquired by Morgan Stanley. In 1998, Van Kampen American Capital changed their name to Van Kampen Asset Management. Can Kampen Asset Management is a division of Morgan Stanley Investment Banking. Invesco Advisers, Inc. is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. They are a subsidiary of Invesco Group Services, Inc., ultimately held by Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ). The firm was founded in 1986 and previously known as Invesco Institutional NA, Inc. until April 2010 when Invesco Ltd. consolidated the businesses of their US investment advisors (Invesco AIM Advisors, Inc., Invesco AIM Capital Management, Inc., Invesco AIM Private Asset Management, Inc. and Invesco Global Asset Management NA, Inc.) under the name Invesco Advisers, Inc.
