Mr. Johan Henn is a Chief Executive Officer at Optimum Investment Group (Pty) Ltd. He is also the CEO of AIP Capital Management.
Prior to joining Optimum Investment Group, Mr. Henn was the CEO of Novare Pty Ltd, which he also co-founded.
He started his career in financial services in 1984 at Volkskas Bank.
In 1988 he moved to the National Manpower Commission as an economist.
He joined Sanlam Asset Management in 1994 where he gained experience as Senior Fund Manager and Head of Business Development.
He studied M.Comm in Economics and an MBA from University Of Stellenbosch.
