Jim Mullin

Mr. Mullin joined Cresta as an Operating Partner in 2023 with over 20 years of experience across carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), decarbonization strategies, sustainability, trading, CO2 procurement,and risk management in commodities.
Most recently, Mr. Mullin was Executive Director of Carbon Utilization at Navigator CO2 Ventures, a carbon capture pipeline project located in the Midwest U.S.
In this role, Mr. Mullin was responsible for commercializing carbon utilization and educating stakeholders on carbon sequestration and utilization markets and solutions.
Prior to Navigator CO2, Mr. Mullin led natural gas and electricity procurement, RNG project development, and advancement of renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions, at JBS USA. Previous roles have also included natural gas operations and power trading.
Mr. Mullin holds an M.B.A.
from Michigan State University and a B.S.
in Biology from the University of Denver where he was also a Division I Ice Hockey student athlete.
