Laird is a Chief Executive Officer at Nephila Capital Ltd. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of the Catastrophe business overseeing capital, underwriting, portfolio and research.
Prior to taking the CEO role in August 2025, she was the Head of Property, responsible for all property catastrophe risk underwritten and the resulting portfolios constructed by Nephila.
