Gray has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. since joining the company in April 2006.
From 1994 to December 2005, Mr. Gray held various positions at Advance Auto Parts, Inc., including Vice President of Inventory Management until 2000, Senior Vice President, Controller and Assistant Secretary from April 2000 to August 2003, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary from August 2003 to October 2004 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 2004 to December 2005.
He joined Advance Auto Parts in March 1994.
From 1993 to 1994, Mr. Gray was Controller of Hollins University.
From 1987 to 1993, he worked at KPMG LLP.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
