Evercore Wealth Management LLC (Evercore Wealth) is a wealth management firm and SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded by Jeffrey Maurer and Christopher Zande in 2008. They are majority owned by Evercore Partners Services East LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Evercore, Inc. (NYSE: EVR). Evercore Wealth provides discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services to individuals and institutional clients. They also provide services to a registered investment company, the Evercore Equity Fund (EWMCX), and investment sub-advisory services to an insurance dedicated fund, the SALi Multi-Series Fund, LP.

Evercore Trust Co. NA (Investment Management) (Evercore-IM) is the investment management division of Evercore Trust Co. NA, a national trust bank headquartered in New York City. They are ultimately owned by Evercore, Inc. (NYSE: EVR). Evercore-IM was founded in 2009 following Evercore Partners' acquisition of US Trust's Special Fiduciary Services business from Bank of America. The firm provides specialized investment management, independent fiduciary, and trustee services to employee benefit plans. They provide ongoing discretionary responsibility for qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans, such as defined benefit pension plans, VEBAs, ESOPs, 401(k) plans, profit-sharing plans, and rabbi trusts.

On April 12, 1853, the New York State legislature passed a bill chartering the United States Trust Co. of New York with the mission of serving as manager, executor and trustee of personal and corporate funds. They opened for business in New York City in August of that year. US Trust has divisions in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Oregon, California, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The firm also owns Campbell Cowperthwait, which manages growth-oriented portfolios for U.S. Trust's institutional clients.
