He joined Martin Currie in 1998.
He is an executive director and heads our Asia and global emerging markets team.
He is also lead manager of the Martin Currie Asia Pacific Fund and our Asian equity long/short strategy.
Before coming to Martin Currie, he held research roles with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and Peregrine Securities, both in Indonesia.
Earlier, he spent three years with Edinburgh Fund Managers as an investment manager, and three with Alliance Trust as an analyst.
