(manufacturer of diesel and natural gas engines), Columbus, Indiana, until his retirement in December 1999. Mr. Henderson has been a Director of AT&T Inc. since October 1999. He served as a Director of Ameritech Corporation from 1983 until the company was acquired by SBC in 1999. He also served as a Director of Indiana Bell Telephone Company (which became a subsidiary of Ameritech) from 1978 until 1983. Mr. Henderson is a Director of International Paper; Nanophase Technologies Corporation; Rohm and Haas Company; and Ryerson Tull, Inc.
