Jack Kneeland

Mr. Jack Kneeland is a Managing Director-Energy & Infrastructure at AWR Lloyd Ltd.
Mr. Kneeland recently joined AWR Lloyd as a Director in the Gas, Power, and Green Energy team, and was promoted to Managing Director, Energy in 2013.
He brings to the role over two decades of experience working with companies, investors, developers and governments in a wide range of energy related businesses including clean energy, oil & gas, power generation, small power, and biofuels as well as agriculture sectors such as palm oil, sugar and corn production.
During 2009 to 2012, Mr. Kneeland was a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of Pacific Agri Capital where he played a key role in developing investments including a palm oil plantation in Sarawak that was listed on the London AIM market as Asia Plantations (PALM) and a 20,000 Hectare plantation in Peru that is currently being developed.
He was previously the Head of Thailand Equity Research for UBS and ABN AMRO.
At UBS he also covered over US$35bn of Thai stock market listed energy sector stocks including PTT, PTT Exploration & Production and Thai Oil.
He has also held senior management roles in the clean energy sector with consulting firms working for the United States Agency for International Development including Chief of Party for the Indonesia Clean Energy Development project and ECO-Asia where he worked with banks across Asia to develop clean energy lending programs.
Mr. Kneeland was also previously employed as a Strategist by Asia Plus Securities Public Co., Ltd., a Research Analyst by Phatra Securities Public Co., Ltd.
Mr. Kneeland has a masters degree from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies, where he concentrated on Energy and International Finance.
