Israel Adir

Mr. Israel Adir is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RDT Group.
He founded the company in 1963, and developed it into one of Israel’s leading groups involved in the development, marketing and distribution of high-tech components, systems and products.
Mr. Adir is a visionary leader in Israel’s high-tech arena.
Years before the country’s high-tech boom, he was one of the first industrialists to invest in promising technology ventures.
In 1989, he invested in Lanoptics (NASDAQ: LNOP), where he served as Chairman of the Board from 1990 to 1995.
A skilled manager, Mr. Adir is closely involved with the development of all the start-up companies in the group’s portfolio.
His expertise in business development, human resource management, negotiation and strategy building are invaluable assets for all the companies in the group.
Mr. Adir is a member of the board of most of the group’s portfolio companies, often serving as Chairman.
Mr. Adir serves as Chairman of the Electronics Division and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Adir holds a B.Sc.
degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
