Headquartered in London, HSBC GAM-UK was founded in 1985 and acts as a discretionary investment manager that offers a wide range of investment solutions across equity, fixed income, liquidity and multi-asset strategies. Halbis Capital Management UK Ltd. (HCM-UK) is the London branch of Halbis Capital Management, established in 2005 through the aggregation of HSBC Alternative Investments with part of HSBC Asset Management. A subsidiary of UK-based HSBC Holdings Plc (LSE: HSBA; NYSE: HBC), Halbis Capital Management also has offices in Paris, New York and Hong Kong. Established in 2002, HCM-UK was formerly known as HSBC Halbis Partners (UK). Halbis Capital Management is organized in specialist investment management teams supported by the group's global resources and capabilities.
