Her professional experience includes tax compliance and consulting at Melton & Melton, LLP and auditing at Arthur Andersen, LLP.
She received her BA in Accounting (1993) from the University of Northern Iowa, completed the University of Houston's Center for Executive Development Personal Financial Planning Program to obtain her Certified Financial Planner Certificate (1996), and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.
