Gary is currently an Executive Vice President of CBRE in San Francisco and prior to joining CBRE, he was a Founder and Principal at The CAC Group-where he lead the Tenant Representation practice group.
Founded in 1990, The CAC Group grew into one of the most dominant real estate brokerage and property management firms in San Francisco, with CBRE acquiring the company in 2013.
Gary, like his brother George, are native San Franciscans and Gary has spent his entire career in the San Francisco/Bay Area business community as one of the leading Tenant Representation brokers-having completed a wide range of successful assignments on behalf on top-tier companies in technology, law, financial services, investment banking/private equity and consumer products.
Gary’s representation experience has resulted in some of the most significant lease and sale transactions in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Gary has served on numerous non-profit boards including California Trout, Miracle Messages, New Door Ventures, is part of the Leadership Team of NCS-SF, and is currently a key advisor to be/do labs-a forum/accelerator of Leadership Awareness and Development.
Gary brings his deep network and relationships in the San Francisco/Bay Area business community to support and assist in developing Steelhead Ventures’ portfolio of companies.
