Mr. Frank Pho joined BDC in 1991.
Before BDC he was with the Corporate Finance Group at CP Rail where he reviewed multi million dollars investment and financing projects.
Prior to CP Rail, he was with Ernst & Young (E&Y), involved in planning, design and implementation of Strategic Information Technology plan, Systems Conversion, and Management Information Systems.
Mr. Pho has been a guest lecturer at Simon Fraser University for the Executive MBA Program and MBA Information Technology and is currently a Director of Monte Jade Science and Technology Association (Western Canada), an international organization with 14 chapters in North America and Asia.
Mr. Pho holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Montreal’s Concordia University and is a Chartered Accountant.
