François-Yves Gaudeul

Mr. François-Yves Gaudeul is a Director of Infrastructure Debt at Allianz Global Investors GmbH.
Before joining Allianz Global Investors he spent 10 years at MBIA, and eight years at UBS and Citibank in London and Paris.
He has extensive experience in transaction origination, structuring and remediation.
Specific deals he has helped facilitate include the financings of the Millau viaduct and Sanef in France, LNG regasification terminals in Spain, and UK’s National Air Traffic System; as well as various operating assets and whole-business securitisations (Fraikin, Craegmoor, Poerterbrook, FIFA) and real estate financings.
He has also worked on a variety of advisory and arranging mandates, such as Nigeria LNG, Doga Enerji (Turkey) and Medway Power (UK).
He graduated in 1992 from HEC Business School (Paris), where he specialised in Finance.
He also holds a Masters Degree in Transportation from Sorbonne University (Paris).
