Prior to joining Kennedy, Ms. Parker commenced her valuation career at PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PWC) followed by employment at Realty Services International (GMAC subsidiary) and, most recently, at Terra Property Analytics.
Ms. Parker has provided significant commercial real estate valuation, review, and consulting services regarding single property and portfolio appraisals on a wide range of property types (Office, Multi-Family, Assisted Living/Nursing Homes, Retail, Industrial and Vacant Land) for public, private and institutional clients.
Ms. Parker graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS Degree in Economics followed by a MS Degree (Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Land Economics).
She is also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and is working towards the MAI membership designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute
