He was also SVP-Planning and EVP-Finance for Compuware Corporation, overseeing a professional staff of more than 300, revitalizing of internal financial functions and introducing flexible information systems, M&A (including 12 acquisitions), corporate development, marketing and employee recruitment, business and financial planning, information systems and financial reporting.
Mr. Stark holds an MBA in Finance from University of Detroit and a BS in Business from Wayne State University.
He's a member of the Endowment Committee at the Detroit Institute of Arts and the Investment Oversight Committee of the Detroit Investment Fund.
