Elena Horton

Elena Horton is an Advisor to Xfund.
Elena is currently pursuing a joint MS Engineering and MBA degree at Harvard University, where she serves as an admissions lead for the MS/MBA program, co-chairs the Digital Health group, and advises student founders within the Harvard Innovation Lab.
Prior to Harvard, she worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft, focusing on energy efficiency and Internet of Things developer tools, and co-led the division’s Women’s ERG.
She studied Computer Science and Economics at Dartmouth College, where she also played Varsity Ice Hockey.
Apart from work, she is an avid outdoor adventurer, primarily through ski mountaineering, distance trail running, cycling, and (pre-covid) traveling.
