Mr. Ong joined American Securities Capital Partners in March, 2007.
Previously, he was a consultant and manager with Bain & Company Asia, based in Shanghai, where he worked with clients from various industries to structure their China strategy and improve other tactical areas.
He has served as advisor to local and multi-national clients in a variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing and logistics to consumer goods across the Asia-Pacific region.
In addition, Mr. Ong has created entry and growth strategies, performed organizational diagnostics, developed performance improvement plans and facilitated joint-venture negotiations.
He is a graduate of the University of PA and received an MBA from Stanford University.
