Edward Mark Wolfe

Mr. Edward M.
Wolfe is a Chief Executive Officer at WR Securities LLC, a Chief Executive Officer at Wolfe Research Advisors LLC and a Managing Partner at Wolfe Research LLC.
From the firm’s inception through December 2013, he was also a senior analyst co-covering the Airfreight & Surface Transportation sector.
He continues to remain a liaison and key relationship manager with many of the firm’s key institutional investor and corporate clientele.
Along with the Executive and Operations Committees he chairs, he also oversees the day to day management of the firm.
In addition, he focuses on recruiting exceptional new talent and on carefully developing and implementing the firm’s strategic growth trajectory.
He has researched companies and markets and built teams and supported clients for over 25 years on the sell-side at Schroder Wertheim, BT Alex Brown, Deutsche Bank, Bear Stearns & Co. and most recently at Wolfe Research.
Prior to forming Wolfe Research, LLC in April 2008, Mr. Wolfe spent ten years at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he was a Senior Managing Director and a Senior Analyst in the equity research department.
Before arriving at Bear Stearns in 1999, he was a Vice President in the Equity Research departments at Deutsche Bank/BT Alex Brown and Schroder Wertheim.
Prior to Wall Street, he served as a principal of Schweet Design, a privately held apparel and marketing firm.
Armed with a law degree, he also worked as a litigator in both private practice and as a staff attorney for The Legal Aid Society in the Bronx.
He earned a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D.
from Fordham University School of Law.
