In addition, he was the Co-Chairman of the Conference on the Atlantic community and was a government relations specialist with several trade associations where his work centered on international trade issues as well as domestic legislation before the U.S.
Congress.
Mr. Garlich received his BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University-School of Foreign Service.
