Dustin is a Founder & Partner at North Grove Real Estate Capital where he focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities, strategic capital pursuits as well as expanding the firm’s capital partner/investor relationships.
Since 2008, Dustin has lead the development group at MAC Management (MAC), a Chicago based real estate development and management company where he has overseen development projects with a combined gross asset value in excess of $380,000,000.
During this same period of time, Dustin has made numerous strategic real estate investments across a variety of asset classes and geographies.
It is this operational, investment, and development experience that Dustin brings to the North Grove team.
Prior to North Grove and becoming a developer, Dustin practiced commercial real estate law at Greenberg Traurig LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago.
Dustin received his J.D.
from Northwestern University School of Law and his undergraduate from Northwestern University.
