Drew Phillips is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Atalaya and is responsible for overseeing the Business Management platform at the firm.
Prior to joining Atalaya, Drew co-founded Tiger Bay Advisors, a boutique asset management consultancy.
Previously, he ran the Fund and Client Legal Group at Bridgewater Associates and was the assistant General Counsel at The Rohatyn Group.
He began his legal career at the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
Drew holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Cancer and Blood Foundation, Breakthrough New York, a tuition free, ten-year educational program focused on enabling motivated students from low-income backgrounds to graduate from college and pursue fulfilling careers, GOSO, a New York based organization that partners with people impacted by arrest and incarceration to plan for successful reentry into society, and Talespin, a virtual, augmented, and mixed reality company designed to power knowledge transfer and skill alignment for the future of employment.
