Dominic J.
Taddeo has been a Director of Railpower Technologies Corp.
since May 12, 2008.
He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Montreal Port Authority from 1984 to November 2007.
Mr. Taddeo joined the Montreal Port Authority in 1974 and served as Director of Finance and Administration and Director of Operations.
He was Chairman of the Association of Canadian Port Authorities in 1983, the American Association of Port Authorities in 1990 and President of the International Association of Ports and Harbors until 2001.
Mr. Taddeo had been Chairman of the Electronic Data Interchange for Commerce since 1990.
He served on the Board of Directors of the Laurentian Bank of Canada from 1998 to March 2007 and was a Member of its Audit Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee from November 2002 to October 2005.
